Julmar House is a spacious self-catering holiday home situated in the tranquil Wavecrest area of Jeffreys Bay, within walking distance of the beach and close to local attractions. Perfect for families or groups seeking a comfortable coastal getaway, this inviting property offers a relaxed atmosphere with all the essentials for a memorable stay.
This property can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises a main house and a downstairs flatlet. The main house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while the flatlet has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom in the main house is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and makes use of a separate bathroom fitted with a bath. In the flatlet, the first bedroom has a queen-size bed and opens onto an enclosed courtyard, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with both a bath and a shower. Linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own towels.
The home features a well-equipped kitchen, including a stove, oven, kettle, toaster, air fryer, microwave, fridge-freezer, chest freezer, and dishwasher. The lounge and dining area offer comfortable seating for guests to relax and dine, featuring a built-in braai, large windows, and stunning ocean views. For entertainment, a smart TV with the full bouquet of DStv channels and free Wi-Fi is provided.
On the ground floor, there is a large storeroom housing garden and other tools, as well as a washing machine for laundry. Ample parking is available. Jeffreys Bay offers long beaches ideal for walks and a range of activities such as surfing, swimming, snorkelling, fishing, sandboarding, horseback riding, hiking in the Kabeljous Nature Reserve, mountain and quad biking, golfing, padel, and tennis. The area also has a number of excellent restaurants and takeaway eateries.
