Kaaimans Crest Sea-View Apartment is located in Bergsig, in the charming seaside town of Groot Brakrivier, roughly halfway between George and Mossel Bay. The property is just 4 km from the beach, making it an ideal base to explore the Garden Route.
The accommodation offers a comfortable semi-self-catering studio unit attached to themain house. It has a private entrance and is suitable for a couple, or a couple with max 2 small children who can share the sleeper couch. It is tastefully furnished, with private bathroom facilities, separated into individual cubicles to best utilize the available space, and for the convenience of 2 people being able to occupy separate cubicles simultaneously. The toilet cubicle is compact, while the shower cubicle is a standard rectangular size with towel rails both inside and outside of the door, for convenience. The basin is separate and positioned in such a way that one is able to use it to rinse the few dishes one might uses. The kitchenette area is equipped with a small microwave, small bar fridge and a small air-fryer oven. There is a 4-seater dining table with 4 comfy dining chairs that can double as lounge seating, alongside the double sleeper-couch in the lounge area.
Perched on a hill, the building offers an uninterrupted 180-degree view of the ocean, stretching from Glentana to Mossel Bay. The lights of Mossel Bay at night are particularly striking, providing a view not to be missed.
It is an experience to savour as you sit in the double bed, sipping your morning cup of coffee whilst drinking in the view of the blue Indian ocean!
Great Brak River is a quaint town with numerous coffee shops, restaurants, art galleries, and a pristine river that is perfect for watersports. The lagoon is rich with birdlife, making it ideal for birdwatchers. The location is central, and just a few minutes’ drive from several Blue Flag beaches and other popular Garden Route attractions.
