Peaceful, beautiful, relaxing experience. We were a group of 7 who stayed at Khamkirri for 2 nights. What a beautiful place! We rented 3 of the tented houses and I must say it was beautiful. No better view. A real gem tucked away next to the Orange River — I would gladly return. We stayed in one of the self-catering cottages for three nights in December 2025. The air-conditioning worked well, and we loved preparing and enjoying meals on the stoep with the river as our backdrop. Fantastic in every way. Philippa and her staff were friendly, excellent service and helpful. Two nights in the restaurant and the food was delicious with ice cold drinks. Accommodation was neat, well equipped, exceptional on the Orange River.
