A gem of a place - cozy, safe and very centrally located.
We had such a great stay there. The place was within walking distance of the sea & ATKV centre and close to the Amphitheatre. The house was really nicely furnished with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible (more than enough plates, glasses, cups, tupperware, pots, pans, even a muffin pan, cutlery) and then some extras such as iron + board, electric whisk, electric frying pan, toaster. The dishwasher & washing machine came in handy for the 10 day stay and the great treat of dishwashing detergent that was also provided. The braai drum is on wheels that you can push out into the garden and there are enough plastic chairs + table. More than enough bedding with blankets and pillows. We only had to pack towels (bath + swim). The upstairs bedroom with its ensuite bathroom and private lounge and balcony was an extra nice treat. The young group had a great time hanging out there and playing games and in the morning the balcony was too nice for my husband and I to have coffee and quiet. Our hostess was extremely helpful & friendly and sent all arrangements for check-in and check-out in advance via WhatsApp and we could call her at any time if we had any questions / problems. We would definitely want to stay there again and would recommend the house to anyone with the greatest confidence.
'n Juweel van 'n plek - cosy, veilig en baie sentraal geleë.
Ons het so lekker daar gebly. Die plek was stapafstand van die see & ATKV sentrum en naby aan die Amfiteater geleë. Die huis was regtig baie lekker ingerig met alles wat nodig is om jou verblyf so gerieflik moontlik te maak (meer as genoeg borde, glase, koppies, tupperware, potte, panne, selfs 'n muffinpan, eetgerei) en dan nog ekstras soos strykyster + plank, elektriese klitser, elektriese braaipan, toaster. Die skottelgoedwasser & wasmasjien het handig te pas gekom vir die 10 dae se verblyf en groot was die bederf van skottelgoedwasmiddels wat ook verskaf is. Die braaidrom is op wiele wat jy kan uitstoot in die tuin en daar is genoeg plastiekstoele + tafel. Meer as genoeg beddegoed met komberse en kussings. Ons hoef slegs handdoeke (bad + swem) in te pak. Die boonste slaapkamer met sy ensuite badkamer en privaat sitkamer en balkon was 'n ekstra lekker bederf. Die jong klomp het lekker daar apart gekuier en speletjies gespeel en in die oggend was die balkon tog te lekker vir my en my man se koffie'tjie en stilte. Ons gasvrou was uiters behulpsaam & vriendelik en het alle reëlings vroegtydig vir die inklok en uitklok per WhatsApp aangestuur en ons kon haar enige tyd bel as ons navrae / probleme het. Ons sal beslis weer daar wil bly en sal die huis vir enigeen met die grootste vrymoedigheid aanbeveel.
