Kilworth Beach Cottage is a beautiful holiday apartment with a separate entrance that occupies the ground level of the owner’s home. This is an ideal option for a memorable family holiday as it is only 5 minutes away from the beach and spoils with a sparkling swimming pool for guests to cool off on those hot summer days.
This property can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children, or 2 families of 2 adults and 2 children each. It comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms as well as a guest toilet. The main bedroom has direct access to the front pool area and is furnished with a queen-size. It features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin, and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds as well as a child-only bunk bed. These 2 rooms both have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower.
The spacious open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, bar fridge, cutlery, and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Leading from the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfy seating and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. All rooms have alternate emergency lighting to cope with Loadshedding.
This living space opens up onto a covered patio with an outdoor dining table and a Weber braai. Guests can fully relax and catch some sun next to the swimming pool while admiring the distant ocean views. There are parking spaces for 3 vehicles and the property is fully fenced with an alarm system to ensure a secure stay.
