Beautiful spacious Karoo guest house with a lovely ambience. What a lovely find with a beautiful spacious old house and a large garden on the Karoo side of the Swartberg of what is probably one of South Africa's most impressive 'Poorte'. We enjoyed dipping into the well-loved books and chatting with our hosts and the other guests staying in the house. It's great to be able to order dinner at short notice and also to be able to sit down for breakfast before embarking on our travels.
