Situated in the secure Klein River Estate, Stanford, Klein River Cottage offers comfortable self-catering accommodation and is ideally located for a memorable holiday with family and friends.
The property can accommodate up to 9 adults, 2 children, and 1 toddler, and features 5 mountain-facing bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms one, two, and three are furnished with king-size beds, and the en-suite bathrooms are fitted with either a shower or both a bath and a shower. Bedroom four contains a king-size bed, a cot, and a bunk bed suitable for 2 children only. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower. Bedroom five is furnished with a single bed, and its en-suite bathroom also has a shower. All linen and towels are provided.
The spacious open-plan living areas include a farm-style kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher are also available for added convenience. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with an 8-seater dining table that flows effortlessly into the comfortably furnished lounge with a wood-burning fireplace. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
A second lounge offers ample comfortable seating, a wall-mounted smart TV with streaming services and a selection of DStv channels, ideal for family games and movie nights, as well as a small kitchenette with an air fryer and tea- and coffee-making facilities, perfect for preparing a quick snack. Guests can relax and unwind on the covered patio, enjoy a late afternoon sundowner in the Kolkol wood-fired hot tub, or simply take a dip in the private saltwater swimming pool. Secure parking is provided.
