Description
Plaas Knoetzie Kamma is a rural agricultural property situated approximately 10 km outside the George CBD and 1.9 km from George Airport. The property functions as a working farm and accommodates rural tourism activities.
Tourist accommodation is provided in the form of two cottages and five guest rooms.
The cottages each consist of two bedrooms, a lounge area, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen. The guest rooms are furnished to accommodate a maximum of two adults and one child (under 12 years), each with an en-suite bathroom containing a shower.
The guest rooms have access to a communal kitchen and shared outdoor braai facilities. Each unit has a private verandah/balcony. Ancillary facilities include television, Wi-Fi, and basic heat-and-eat amenities.
The accommodation is intended to support rural tourism, airport-related travel, and visitors to the George area. Guest activity is compatible with the agricultural character of the property and does not detract from surrounding farming operations.
Domestic animals (sheep) roam freely on the farm as part of normal agricultural use. Limited pet accommodation may be permitted by prior arrangement, subject to ensure no impact on farming activities.
