Regarding the Wi-Fi, Mandy attended to it during your stay and was able to get it working properly. There had been an issue with the login details, but we were pleased it was resolved and fully operational thereafter.
Concerning the electricity strike that occurred just before your stay, which only affected the ceiling lights, the matter was explained on arrival. We ensured that torches and lamps were available for lighting, and as a gesture of goodwill, we also provided complimentary jars of homemade honey and wood for the braai at no charge. We sincerely apologise again that you were not notified ahead of time.
With regards to cleanliness, we take this very seriously. Thorough sanitation checks are completed before every arrival, and our housekeeper follows a detailed cleaning protocol to ensure that high standards are maintained. Your comments are therefore concerning to us, and we have revisited our procedures to ensure everything consistently meets the level of care we pride ourselves on.
Regarding the swimming pool, it had been emptied to repair a small leak and is now fully operational again.
