Knowsley Cottage offers charming and comfortable self-catering accommodation in the peaceful town of Tarkastad. Perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends, this inviting home provides a serene countryside retreat and serves as an ideal base for exploring the surrounding natural beauty and local attractions.
The house can accommodate up to 9 guests at a time (6 adults, 1 child, and 2 toddlers) and features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and both a camping cot and a wooden cot are available by prior arrangement with the host. Bedroom two is furnished with a double bed, while bedroom three contains a queen-size bed. A single child-only sleeper bed can also be arranged with the host in advance. The rooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The living area includes a rustic kitchen equipped with a bar fridge, gas stove, oven, cutlery and crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, as well as a breakfast bar with stools and a wood-burning fireplace. The adjacent lounge offers ample comfortable seating and an additional wood-burning fireplace.
Outside, guests can relax and unwind on the covered patio next to the pool, enjoy the tranquil garden with braai facilities, or set out to explore Tarkastad and its scenic surroundings.
