Unpleasant stay due to poor hygiene, ventilation issues, and overall lack of maintenance. I’d like to preface this by saying that this was a last-minute booking, and while the on-site manager was very pleasant and accommodating, the venue itself is in serious need of maintenance. The bathroom in our unit had a constant, strong chemical odour coming from the toilet, which also appeared to be leaking at the base. The room had poor ventilation, dim lighting, and the floor felt sticky. Although fans were provided, they simply re-circulated the same stale air. Air conditioning should seriously be considered. In addition, out of the six pillows provided, only two were suitable for sleeping. The bedding had visible stains and felt itchy, which was quite uncomfortable. Parking is secure; however, the building is located next to a fuel station, and the immediate surrounding area felt unsafe, with people begging or waiting near the parking exit to solicit tips. Unfortunately, due to these issues, we will not be booking here again.
