Koekeloer Self-Catering Units offer farm-style accommodation in unique, stylishly finished units in the heart of Nieu-Bethesda. The property comprises three self-catering cottages, each accommodating 2 guests, and all units are equipped with air-conditioning.
Koekeloer Cottage 1 features a bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath, basin, and toilet. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a two-plate stove with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, as well as seating for two at the dining table. The unit has a lounge area and a stoep with outdoor seating and braai facilities.
Koekeloer Cottage 2 is open-plan with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a two-plate stove with oven, microwave, fridge, cutlery and crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Guests have access to a private stoep with braai facilities and a farm-style swimming pool.
The Shed is a newly built unit with a bedroom featuring an extra-long king-size bed and a bathroom with a shower, bath, basin, and separate toilet. The kitchen includes a four-plate gas stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area has comfortable seating and a dining table for four. There is a stoep with braai facilities and a private outdoor area with an outdoor shower, basin, and deck with seating and views. A fire pit is available for cold evenings or a romantic night.
The property is within walking distance of Nieu-Bethesda’s restaurants and local attractions, including the Owl House, Kitching Fossil Centre, and scenic walking trails around the village.
