Koekeloer Self-Catering Units offer farm-style accommodation in unique, tastefully finished units in the heart of Nieu-Bethesda. The property consists of three self-catering cottages, each accommodating 2 guests, and all units are fitted with air-conditioning.

Koekeloer Cottage 1 features a bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, basin, and toilet. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a 2-plate stove and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery, as well as a dining table with seating for two. The unit also offers a comfortable sitting area and a patio with outdoor seating and braai facilities.

Koekeloer Cottage 2 is an open-plan unit furnished with a king-size bed and a bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate stove and oven, microwave, fridge, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Guests have access to a private patio with braai facilities and a farm-style swimming pool.

The Shed is a newly built unit featuring a bedroom with an extra-length king-size (XL) bed and a bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, basin, and separate toilet. The kitchen includes a 4-plate gas stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area offers comfortable seating and a dining table for four. Outside, guests can enjoy a patio with braai facilities, as well as a private outdoor area with an outdoor shower, basin, and a deck with seating and views. A fire pit is available for chilly evenings or a romantic night under the stars.

The property is within walking distance of Nieu-Bethesda’s restaurants and local attractions, including the Owl House, the Kitching Fossil Exploration Centre, and scenic walking trails around the village.
