Description
Kombisa Lodge offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in the Mabalingwe Nature Reserve, located 25 km from Bela-Bela and approximately 90 minutes from Pretoria. The lodge features beautiful views of the bushveld from two spacious wooden decks.
The lodge can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms and a loft area with 2 single beds. The loft has access to a separate bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. One of the bedrooms is located on the lower floor, and ceiling fans are available in all rooms.
The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living area with a lounge, dining area, and kitchen leading to the lower deck. A second living room includes a built-in bar and a gas fireplace, and there is an additional guest bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped with 2 fridges, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a dishwasher, a washing machine, crockery, and cutlery.
Guests can enjoy the outdoor entertainment area, which includes a lapa with a built-in braai and an open-air boma. The fenced swimming pool offers lovely views of the surrounding bushveld. Free Wi-Fi is available, and cleaning services can be arranged.
Mabalingwe Nature Reserve spans over 12,000 hectares and is home to rich birdlife and the Big Five. Guests also have access to the reserve’s shared facilities, including swimming pools, tennis courts, mini-golf, a restaurant, the Kalahari Bar, and a farm shop located about 1 km from the lodge.
