KommRust is situated in the coastal village of Kommetjie, Cape Town, within walking distance of Long Beach, a well-known stretch of shoreline popular for swimming, surfing and sunset views. The property is conveniently positioned to provide easy access to local hiking trails, surf spots and restaurants, while still offering a peaceful seaside setting ideal for a relaxed holiday.
This spacious holiday home accommodates 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. Three additional bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, 2 of which have en-suite bathrooms with showers, while the fourth en-suite bathroom is fitted with both a bath and a shower. Bed linen, bath towels and swimming towels are supplied.
The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The dining area seats up to 8 guests, while the lounge offers comfortable seating, a fireplace, a Smart TV with DStv and streaming services, as well as board games and reading material.
