Didn't want to leave. Absolutely loved this beautiful cottage and our weekend spent there! All the comforts of home and some added luxuries, especially the air cons, that were such a blessing in the 40-degree heat wave we experienced. From the location, decor, the lovely enclosed garden for the fur kids, pool, kol kol, wonderful George (the resident caretaker), we appreciated it all. Thank you for an incredible stay, we will most definitely be back.

Peaceful and recharged. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Accommodation was perfect, quiet but still has the luxuries of aircon. The hot tub and the pool were amazing. The doggie bowls are a sweet touch. It’s the little touches like the peaceful sleep, the soap, body wash and the ice machine. Everything is beautiful and well thought out. We love being able to stargaze and your deck makes it so comfortable and convenient. We had a swim last night while still being able to look at the stars. The guy that clears the Braai area in the morning is so friendly and kind. We’ve stayed in Koringberg before, but this stay, to be honest, exceeded our expectations.

It was home away from home I want to retire in one day. The photos truly don’t do this place justice; the home is absolutely stunning. My mum fell in love the moment she walked in, filled with nostalgia that took her back to her childhood. The house is warm and inviting, from the cosy living areas to the beautiful farmhouse kitchen. The main bedroom with its en-suite was a highlight, especially the vintage tub and cosy bathroom décor. Although there wasn’t warm water to fully relax in the bath, the hot weather made it no issue at all, and a quick refreshing shower was perfectly fine. The terrace offers breathtaking views of the hills and mountains, while the kids had endless fun in the splash pool. The blend of vintage charm with subtle modern touches, peaceful neighbourhood walks, and waking up to rooster calls made this a true escape from city life. A memorable stay and definitely worth it.
