Description

Kotties Paai is a fully furnished, self-catering house in a quiet and very popular area, in the heart of Hartenbos. It is walking distance from the beach and within easy reach of entertainment facilities and shopping centres.

The house can comfortably accommodate 6 adults in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms are furnished with a double bed. The first bathroom is fitted with a shower, a bath, a basin and a toilet. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet and a basin. There is an enclosed outdoor shower.

The living area is open-plan and the kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a stove, an oven, crockery, cutlery, washing machine, and tumble dryer.

The lounge has comfortable couches and a TV with the full DStv package. The living area leads out onto an undercover veranda with an outdoor dining set and a built-in braai.

There is a single garage with a remote-controlled door available.
