Magnificent. Holiday | Couple. The lodge far surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean and the view was splendid. The manager attended to all my requests, and the chef prepared delicious meals from breakfast to dinner. The game drive was 10/10. I will certainly return.

Friendly staff, but overpriced for what you get. Food and spa were average. We stayed at Kraal Lodge for one night and generally had a great time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the lodge itself is a beautiful and peaceful place. My biggest criticism, however, is that I felt it was quite expensive for what you get. The meals were not bad at all, but for the price I expected something special and it was rather average. We also booked and paid for a pedicure for my wife, but in the end it was basically just her nails painted and gel applied, which was quite disappointing.
