Breathtakingly beautiful and relaxing! We had an absolute ball! In and out of the water like fish. The surroundings are stunning and relaxing; this is the perfect place for a getaway to recharge. The service was incredible, quick, friendly and sharp. The boat provided us with everything that we needed to do our braais and brunches. Free entertainment provided by the day visitors - ski, kayak, and of course, watching the playful seals around the boat provided hours of entertainment. I would definitely recommend and hopefully will be back again soon!

Beautiful location. Very nice houseboat on a wonderful lagoon. Nice bedrooms. The cooker is rather old and the oven is difficult to light. It was disappointing and surprising to find no heating (it was quite a cold night). The last boat we stayed on had a lovely wood stove.

Got the t-shirt, won't do it again. It was a lovely getaway, but expensive for what you get. Boat a bit neglected / not super clean. The rules are not enforced regarding loud music which is not allowed. The other large boat is noisy until after 1 am - no respect for other boats / guests who want to enjoy the tranquility of nature. The skippers were friendly and helpful.

Tranquil and pleasant. The stay was perfect; however, parking was an issue on arrival and departure. There was no one controlling the incoming and outgoing cars. Day visitors were parking on stay-in visitors. We had to tell Nthabiseng to ask all the visitors to show their bookings so she can allocate the parking to those who had made reservations.

Amazing stay in an incredible location. Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The service Bongi and his team provided was outstanding. The houseboat could use some (minor) maintenance, but it did not affect our trip at all. All around we had an incredible experience; the location, service, and activities (fishing, braaing, kayaking) made our stay one we will remember for years. Thanks, Kraalbaai Lifestyle Houseboats! Nice sleep on the water! Very nice stay, it's peaceful on another "level". The houseboat needs maintenance and the shower doesn't really work. Would I go again: definitely!
