Description
Located within an RCI golf resort in Hazyview, Kruger Park Lodge Chalet 226a Shongwe Ingwe is a privately owned, double-story luxury self-catering chalet. It is situated just a 10-minute drive from Phabeni Gate and 35 minutes from Kruger Gate into the Kruger National Park, with local shops and restaurants within close proximity.
The chalet comfortably accommodates six adults and two children across three bedrooms, though it is not suitable for four couples or eight adults. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, built-in cupboards, a ceiling fan, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom, with a private door opening directly onto the patio. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, built-in cupboards, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan, with access to an adjacent bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. Upstairs, the spacious loft room sleeps four guests across two single beds and a bunk bed, offering an en-suite bathroom with a shower and double basin, a dedicated seating area with an additional TV, ceiling fans, and sliding doors opening onto a private balcony.
The main living space features a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen complete with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and dining area. The adjoining lounge includes a designated workspace and a Smart TV with DStv and Netflix, leading out to a large decked patio with built-in barbecue facilities. Free limited Wi-Fi is available.
Resort amenities include a golf course, three swimming pools, tennis and volleyball courts, mini-golf, outdoor chess, a restaurant, a laundry service, and a hippo and bird hide. Please note that Kruger Park Lodge is a peaceful family resort that strictly enforces a no-noise and no-disturbance policy. Private safari tours can easily be arranged via local operators.
