Very peaceful and beautifully clean. The stay was very nice and everything was neat and clean. There were monkeys in the trees that came to visit, too cute. The woman who received us is very friendly.

Not at all. At a rate of R1750 per night, we expected at least air-conditioned rooms, but instead we got wonky old fans that are barely disturbing the air. An extremely hard sponge mattress on a wooden base gave us nothing but backache. Our kids were so bored in the evening. There is no TV or DStv entertainment. The other group took over the entertainment area and pool; we and our kids could not make use of the veranda or pool. We had to make use of a shared kitchen used by all other guests. The WiFi is basically non-existent, barely working when you are in the reception area. This was most certainly not worth it.

Friendly and welcoming! Comfortable and safe. My friend and I needed a place to stay for a night. We arrived in the evening to friendly hosts who were very accommodating. Comfortable bed, clean room and tea/coffee available. We were very happy.

Comfortable and convenient. Good value. The lodge is unpretentious offering everything necessary for a solo traveler on a budget. The room was comfy. Although a kettle would have been handy. The microwave did the job for morning coffee. Well worth a return visit.
