My stay was lovely. Enjoyed it immensely and would absolutely return. I absolutely enjoyed my stay. The place was clean, safe and near everything! We planned a weekend that included going to Phezulu Safari Park, Scooter Adventure and Fleur de Lis Spa and all the places were close to the accommodation so we didn't need to drive much.

This was awful!! No redeeming features of this bedroom and I can provide photos. We booked this property based on the photographs and description on the website, but unfortunately the accommodation we received was NOTHING like what was advertised. A week before arrival, we added my daughter and paid an additional R600, bringing our total to R1,490. The rate advertised on the website was not R1,490 for 3 people!!! We therefore expected suitable accommodation for three people. The suite we were allocated was tired, poorly maintained and not presented to the standard shown online. Furniture was chipped and worn, the dressing table was filthy, with mould growing between the glass and top, the carpet and windows were dirty, and the overall room felt neglected rather than boutique or luxurious. It seems we were put in a 'basement' room, possibly reserved for emergency guests/overflow, rather than anything that was advertised on the site. The biggest disappointment was the sleeping arrangements. My daughter was expected to sleep on a small bed in the open-plan kitchen/living area instead of a proper bedroom. The space was cold during the night, and she was extremely uncomfortable. We had to ask for pillows and blankets when we arrived – it's winter and was simply not good enough. I appreciate that properties may have different room types, but guests should receive accommodation that is accurately represented by the listing photographs. In our experience, the room we were given fell well below the standard we believed we were booking. I have photographs of the accommodation we received and have raised the matter with the website for investigation.
