Description
La Corniche is a comfortable self-catering apartment located in the heart of Gordon’s Bay, offering stunning views over False Bay and the Helderberg mountain range. Guests are treated to the soothing sound of the ocean, and, with some luck, whales and dolphins can be spotted from the balcony.
The apartment accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom features a super king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and his-and-hers basins. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom offers a double poster bed; these 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. The fourth bedroom, furnished with bunk beds, has its own en-suite bathroom and a separate entrance, making it ideal for older children or teenagers.
The open-plan living area includes comfortable seating, a dining table, a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, and tea-making facilities. Stacking doors open onto the balcony, seamlessly extending the lounge and creating a beautiful family entertainment and social space.
The apartment is located directly across the road from the beach, offering convenient access on foot, and Bikini Beach is a short five-minute drive away. The surrounding area is ideal for exploring the Cape, with scenic coastal routes, nearby wine farms such as Idiom Wine Estate, and the renowned wine regions towards Stellenbosch, Grabouw, and Hermanus. Guests can also enjoy numerous hiking trails and fishing at the harbour.
