Location, location, location. Location is hard to beat; the ocean view was magnificent. The property is dated, except for the front bedroom, which was nicely done. There were only 2 heaters in the front and back bedrooms. The bathroom toilet wasn't working, the microwave didn't heat even though it was running, and the dryer is very loud but got the job done. The front gate is about to fall apart, and the back gate and back door were hard to lock, unlock, and open. The agent was very responsive and helped whenever we had a request.
