Lagoon Beach Apartment is a lovely self-catering holiday apartment in a secure building situated right on the beach in Milnerton, Cape Town. It is ideal for friends and family who are looking for a peaceful and convenient homebase from where they can explore and enjoy this vibrant city.
This ground-floor unit can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The first bathroom is fitted with a bath, basin and toilet, and the second bathroom features a shower, basin and toilet. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, however guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities and a breakfast bar with stools. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided for added convenience. The dining and lounging areas have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for guests' entertainment there is a TV. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests can enjoy an enclosed patio that can open up to the outdoors, and on the premises there are 3 communal swimming pools. Secure parking is available on the premises. Local amenities such as shops and restaurants are within close proximity, with the beach being easily accessible. The Cape Town International Airport is approximately 20 km away.
