Beautifully furnished apartment with breathtaking views. What a beautifully furnished apartment with the perfect location. Aside from the few faults we reported, the whole kitchen is in desperate need of a good clean. Management needs to up their game. They did, however, after being contacted by the website, try to resolve the problems and fulfilled our request for a change of towels during our 4-night stay. All that said, I would go back to this apartment anytime!

Good views but needs maintenance. The location is excellent and the views are absolutely spectacular, which was a real highlight of our stay. Parking was convenient, the WiFi was reliable, and the TV worked perfectly. There are a few practical areas where some attention could greatly improve the guest experience. The sliding door from the balcony to the main bedroom did not lock, which is worth addressing from a safety perspective. The sliding door in the lounge is separate and not affected. In the lounge, the curtains fitted by the sliding door appear to have been installed incorrectly. The shorter curtain panel is on the sliding door rail instead of the corner side, which meant the curtains could not close fully. Some of the window blinds in two of the rooms also need minor repairs. The safe was unfortunately unusable due to flat batteries and a non-functioning emergency key, so a quick check between guests may help prevent this. The kettle lid also appears to need replacing. From a comfort perspective, the furniture including the couches, beds, pillows, and dining chairs may not suit everyone, and both my wife and I struggled to get a good night’s rest, sleeping only a few hours each night. Fans are provided, which is appreciated; however, in the main bedroom, there is no easily accessible plug point to use one, as the only outlet is behind the bed. We ended up purchasing an extension cord to make this work. We also noticed the iron appears to operate only on its highest heat setting. Overall, this property has a lot of potential given the location, spectacular views, and amenities like WiFi and TV that worked well. With some attention to maintenance checks and small comfort-related adjustments, it could offer a much improved experience. Unfortunately, due to these combined issues, we chose to leave one day earlier than planned.

Amazing! Really great, awesome, modern flat with everything you need. Great sea-views, can't be better! Excellent customer service and extremely friendly and helpful staff. The only thing we would recommend is to offer WiFi. Pool could be cleaned a bit more often, otherwise everything was really excellent!

Amazing location with incredible breaker views. This was a family holiday. The unit was clean and has all the amenities one needs on holiday. The absence of bath towels, which was stated in the booking, is unusual. Proximity to the beach and the sea views are amazing. Will definitely come back to Laguna La Crete.
