The open-plan kitchen contains a fridge, a microwave, and an oven with a stove. The adjacent lounge has a TV with an open view decoder and has a DStv connection so guests can bring their own DStv decoder, cables, and a smart card; Explora decoders are not compatible, though.
The living area opens onto a patio, which features a gas braai facility for guests to use. The complex also boasts a communal swimming pool, braai facilities, a clubhouse, a tennis court, and secure undercover parking for cars.
In addition, the complex is within 6 km from the Hibiscus Mall, Margate Main Beach, Shelly Centre, restaurants, and a scenic drive from other facilities in this part of the South Coast.
