Description
Lawaaiwater is a self-catering stone duplex in Witsand, offering scenic sea views and comfortable accommodation for up to four adults and three children. The property is conveniently close to the beach, making it an ideal coastal getaway.
The duplex comprises four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The downstairs bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wall heater. Upstairs, the main bedroom contains a double bed, a cosy sitting area, and a small en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet and basin. The third bedroom has two single beds, and the fourth bedroom is furnished with a single bed. A spacious shared bathroom downstairs is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin. Bed linen is provided, and fans and heaters are available for added comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, fridge, kettle, chest freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer. A gas stove and kettle are also provided for use during power outages, and rechargeable lightbulbs are installed in most rooms.
The open-plan dining and living area includes a smart TV with streaming capabilities and Openview channels, as well as Wi-Fi access throughout the unit. Outside, a covered braai area provides a space for relaxing evenings. Witsand offers shops and restaurants, while the nearby Breede River estuary is ideal for canoeing, sailing, kite surfing, and fishing.
