Description

Located in the idyllic coastal town of Ballito, La Paradis 32 is a lovely self-catering apartment that is ideal for the whole family or a group of friends seeking a tranquil escape within walking distance of the beach.

This apartment is on the 3rd floor, can accommodate 6 people and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet, basin, bath, and shower. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds. The guest bathroom is fitted with a toilet, basin, and shower.

The open-plan living area consists of a lounge, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. The lounge has an aircon and is furnished with a comfortable lounge suite and a TV with DStv. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The lounge opens up onto a balcony with a charcoal braai. The complex is secure, with main gate access to the complex by remote control. There is a single lock-up garage for tenant use and limited unallocated guest parking.

The complex features a large swimming pool and a paddling pool for toddlers. It is located less than 1 km from Granny's Pool and Willard Beach. Ballito Junction Regional Mall is within reach, as well as a variety of restaurants.
