The apartment is accessed by a flight of stairs and consists of an open-plan unit above the owner's garage that accommodates 2 guests. The sleeping area is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The kitchenette features a 2-seater dining table and is equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, crockery, and cutlery. Guests are provided with tea and coffee-making facilities, as well as a selection of cereals and rusks. Additional facilities include a smart TV with access to Netflix, complimentary Wi-Fi, aircon, and on-site evening parking for one vehicle.

Description
The Nook is a smaller, downstairs en-suite room with a private entrance. It is furnished with a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower fixed over bath, washbasin, and toilet. The room includes a table with two chairs, tea- and coffee-making facilities, a small bar fridge, a kettle, and a microwave, along with crockery and cutlery. The spacious bathroom has a bath with a shower overhead. You will also have your private patio with seating. Access is via a pedestrian gate and a pathway along the side of the property. Please note that our pets have access to the garden area surrounding this room, so you may encounter a friendly dog or cat during your stay. Street parking is available.

Description
The Leehaven Cottage comprises one whole side of the dual house. This unit consists out of 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is perfect for a couple and his furnished with a queen size bed. The second bedroom is furnished 2 single beds while the third is furnished with a double bed. The two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom that is fitted with a shower and tolet while the bathroom downstairs is ensuite and fitted with a shower over bath and a toilet. The lounge features a wood fireplace, which heats the master bedroom via its flue. It is possible to book the Leehaven Apartment as well as The Cottage and increase guest capacity to 8 guests. Guests staying in The Cottage have access to the garden and pool area for their enjoyment. For those with small children, please take note the pool is not fenced. No parties are allowed as we are in a residential area. Non-smoking inside. Braai facilities. There are two friendly dogs on premises who live with the owner. Inverter with battery back-up. Netflix available on a FHD flat screen smart TVs, or add your own package. Good Wi-Fi internet. Serviced by arrangement. Beams & electric fence & connected to Deep Blue Security.
