Nestled on the banks of the Swartvlei at Trails End, Sedgefield you will find Leerie Lodge. This rustic family home lends itself to relaxing and spending quality time with your family and friends.
Two levels make it an easy home to share for 10 guests.

We have 2 kayaks (complimentary during your stay - please bring along life jackets), a communal games room (pool table, dart boards, table tennis table) a lovely size communal swimming pool and a jungle gym for the little ones.
This charming, rustic home can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms. On the upper level, there are 2 spacious main bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed. One of these rooms boasts an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet, while the third bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. Guests in these rooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, and toilet. The lower level offers 2 additional bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with 2 three quarter beds. These rooms share a bathroom with a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided. However, guests are kindly reminded to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, and kettle. A washing machine and dishwasher are available for added convenience. The kitchen flows into a cosy lounge with comfortable seating, a dining table, and a smart TV (no DSTV so please bring along any streaming options you may want to enjoy). Access to free , capped Wi-Fi is available (with top up options). At times, because of our location on Swartvlei, the internet may be a bit unstable.
The home features a wrap-around balcony with an indoor braai area (a guest favourite) with a large dinning table, perfect for shared meals while enjoying the breathtaking views. Secure parking is available on-site.
For those wanting to explore the area, the lake is right in front of you and offers opportunities for fishing, kayaking, sailing and boating. Guests have full access to the private jetty within this beautiful estate. Bring along your water toys if you wish. Unfortunately jet skis are not permitted.
Biking, beaches, markets, hiking, paragliding, golf and so much more right at your door step.
