Lekkerkry Lodge Farmstay offers comfortable accommodation on a working sheep and cattle farm located approximately 50 km outside Middelburg in the Karoo. This property is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful escape from the busy city, where the tranquillity of the Karoo can be enjoyed.
Accommodation is offered in 3 luxury tents, each individually furnished. The first tent is furnished with a queen-size bed and can accommodate 2 guests. The second tent contains 2 queen-size beds and can accommodate 4 guests. The third tent is furnished with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed with a queen-size bed below and a single bed above, accommodating up to 5 guests. Linen and bath towels are provided, and each tent includes tea- and coffee-making facilities.
Guests have access to a shared kitchen, lounge, and dining area, as well as a covered braai area that overlooks the surrounding landscape and unique farm features. Additional on-site activities include walking trails, mountain biking, and birdwatching. The property offers free Wi-Fi and operates on solar power and gas appliances, and is not affected by power outages. Please note that a high-clearance vehicle is required to access the property.
