The apartment is the full top-storey of a Victorian house and has high ceilings and large spaces. It features 2 spacious bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen, a study and a lounge that opens onto a balcony. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second has 2 single beds. They share a full bathroom with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a washing machine and dishwasher for guests’ convenience. There is also a centrally located dining table with chairs. The lounge is furnished with comfy seating and a TV. The apartment offers strong Wi-Fi throughout.
The unit opens up to a lovely patio with outdoor seating, the ideal space to savour a morning coffee.
Scenic mountain walks, beaches and the Cape Town city centre are all only a few minutes away. Shops, cafés and restaurants are within easy walking distance, and De Waal Park is a short drive from the apartment. The MyCiTi bus route is close by, and Uber services are readily available.
