Licorna Beach Holiday Apartment 30 is a self-catering beachfront apartment in Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal. Situated on the third floor, the apartment offers sea views from the lounge and main bedroom, as well as direct beach access and convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants and shops.
The air-conditioned apartment accommodates up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and washbasin. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds and share a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided, while guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table, while the lounge is furnished with comfortable seating and a TV with selected DStv channels. The lounge opens onto a furnished patio with sea views.
Guests have access to direct beach access, a communal swimming pool, braai facilities, laundry facilities, and secure parking with a security guard on duty. The apartment is serviced daily, except on Sundays and public holidays. Pets are not allowed.
Nearby attractions include Umhlanga Lagoon Nature Reserve, Hawaan Forest, Beachwood Mangrove Nature Reserve, Gateway Theatre of Shopping, Umhlanga Lighthouse, Sibaya Casino, beaches, restaurants and shops.
