Licorna Beach Holiday Apartment 52 is a beachfront self-catering apartment in Umhlanga, offering comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests. The air-conditioned apartment is situated on the fifth floor and is accessible by lift.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining area and lounge. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and toilet. The other 2 bedrooms each contain 2 single beds and share a bathroom fitted with a shower, bath and toilet. A double bed is situated in the living area. Linen and bath towels are provided; guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped for self-catering and contains a stove and oven, microwave, fridge, cutlery and crockery, pots and pans, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table.

The lounge features a TV with selected DStv channels (Stay Essential package) and opens onto a patio offering partial sea views.

Guests have direct access to the beach and can enjoy the communal swimming pool and braai area within the complex. Secure parking is provided, with a security guard on duty. The apartment is serviced daily, except on Sundays and public holidays; cleaning does not include washing dishes. Pets are not allowed. The unit does not have a dishwasher or washing machine.

Umhlanga offers beautiful beaches for shell collecting, surfing, snorkelling, scuba diving and paddleboarding, as well as several golf courses and hiking trails.
