Licorna Beach Holiday Apartment 53 is a self-catering beachfront apartment situated on the fifth floor of a secure complex in Umhlanga. The apartment is easily accessible by lift and offers sea views, making it ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing coastal getaway.
The apartment accommodates up to 8 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining area and lounge. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and washbasin. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds, while a double bed is available in the living area. The second bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and washbasin. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The dining area seats 8 guests, while the lounge features comfortable seating and a TV with selected DStv channels (Stay Essential package). The lounge opens onto a spacious patio with sea views.
Guests have direct access to the beach and can enjoy the communal swimming pool and braai facilities within the complex. Secure parking is provided, and the apartment is serviced daily, except on Sundays and public holidays.
