We had a lovely time sitting outside at the garden table. We had a good stay. There was a security booth when entering and along the place, security personnel were walking around, so we felt safe. Everyone was friendly that stayed with us.

Definitely focus on budget. No. Had to wait about 15 min to get in at the gate. Room is very cheap and basic. Pillow had previous guest's hair on it. Bed had a dent. Shared bathroom was awful, but it's a cheap place. Maybe I should have read the description better.

Community feeling, good kitchen, clean. We had a lovely stay with a kind host and clean rooms. Especially the kitchen we liked, well equipped and clean. Cozy living room. All good. A bit cold because we were there in the winter in august. Nice, quiet and safe.

Bohemian-kind-friendly-pleasantness personified. While this avant garde house is not for everyone, it was perfect for me. Quirky clean huge safe surrounds with plenty characterful eateries, horses and other animals to see, clean huge pool to swim, so much going on. And all so conveniently placed in Pinelands.
