Description
Lighthouse Reef | Casa 9 offers a luxury tropical base for genuine relaxation and coastal exploration. The lodge is approximately 485 km north of Maputo, the capital, and 26 km south of the town of Inhambane.
The unit comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating 8 guests. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The remaining 2 bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds. The first bathroom is fitted with both a bath and a shower, the second bathroom has a shower, while the third bathroom is fitted with a toilet only.
The open-plan living space features comfortable couches and a dining area. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, and microwave.
Guests can enjoy an alfresco meal on the veranda with stunning sea views and will have access to braai facilities, a private splash pool, and the communal swimming pool.
The unit is situated on high dunes overlooking Paindane Bay, ensuring a constant sea breeze from the Indian Ocean and a virtually mosquito-free environment.
The bay is protected by the Paindane Reef, creating a safe swimming area and unique snorkelling opportunities. It also provides a safe platform from which to launch boats at both high and low tides.
