Nice place, just needs a little attention.
There was no water when we checked in. After many back and forth messages, someone came to turn on the water in our unit. Only our unit's water was turned off. The next morning our bathroom was under water. The water was leaking from the geyser and we assumed that was why the water was off. A plumber came out and by noon the geyser was replaced. He did a pretty good job cleaning it up and mopping up the water. We went out for lunch. The Vodacom WiFi doesn't work at all and you need to stream on the TV. The TV worked, but that was it, we used our own WiFi for our cellphones. It is a very comfortable apartment, but needs a good cleaning. There are comfortable beds and good linen as well as bath towels. We couldn't use the dishwasher, the supply tap is so tight you can't get it to open at all. It is a bit noisy in the evening with people braaiing in the parking lot and playing loud music. The sea view from the balcony was very nice. Don't know how safe it is as it would be easy to climb onto the balcony. We just put all the chairs inside in the evening. The trellidoors help a lot, but are difficult to open and close due to all the rust. It is a nice apartment and just needs a little attention. Car parks in a locked garage behind the gate so that's a plus.

Daar was geen water toe ons inklok nie. Na vele heen en weer boodskappe het iemand ons eenheid se water kom aansit. Net ons eenheid se water was toegedraai. Die volgende oggend was ons badkamer onder water. Die water het by die geiser uitgeloop en ons het aangeneem dis hoekom die water af was. Daar het 'n loodgieter uitgekom en teen die middag was die geiser vervang. Hy het darem redelik goed skoongemaak en die water opgemop. Ons het maar gaan uiteet die middag. Die Vodacom WiFi werk so te sê glad nie en dit is nodig om te stream op die TV. Die TV het gewerk, maar dit was al, ons het ons eie WiFi gebruik vir ons selfone. Dit is 'n baie gerieflike woonstel, maar kort 'n goeie skoonmaak. Daar is gemaklike beddens en goeie linne asook badhandoeke. Die skottelgoedwasser kon ons nie gebruik nie, die toevoerkraan is so vasgedraai mens kan dit glad nie oopkry nie. Dit is bietjie raserig in die aand met mense wat in die parkeerterrein braai en harde musiek speel. See-uitsig van balkon af was baie mooi. Weet nie hoe veilig dit is nie aangesien dit maklik sal wees om op balkon te klim. Ons het maar al die stoele binne gesit in die aand. Die trellidoors help baie, maar maak moeilik oop en toe van al die roes. Dit is 'n mooi woonstel en kort net bietjie aandag. Kar parkeer in toesluit garage agter hek so dis 'n pluspunt.
