Linger Longer at Breede River is perched on a hill within the secure Riverine Estate and enjoys sweeping views over the Breede River.
This relaxed riverside home is ideal for families and friends looking to unwind, spend time on the water, and enjoy the peaceful Malgas lifestyle.
The double-storey home accommodates up to 6 guests in three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, basin and toilet. The second bedroom contains a bunk bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds. The shared bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. Bed linen is provided; guests are asked to bring their own bath and swimming towels.
The fully equipped kitchen includes two fridges, a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A breakfast counter with stools creates an easy space for casual meals or morning coffee.
The living area offers comfortable seating, an indoor fireplace, and a smart TV with streaming capability, along with Wi-Fi.
Outside, guests can relax on the undercover patio or enjoy the spacious outdoor area with a braai and outdoor seating. The property also features a private jetty and access to the estate’s slipway, making it perfect for boating, fishing, kayaking, wakeboarding and water skiing on the Breede River.
Secure parking is available on the premises.
Please note that access to the property includes approximately 50 km of gravel road, which forms part of the charm of this remote and unspoiled area of the Overberg.
