Living Next Door to Alice is a mid-20th-century self-catering holiday house situated in Camps Bay, Cape Town. The restored property features an inviting garden and ocean views, providing an ideal setting for families or groups seeking a coastal getaway.
The house can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children and comprises 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 4 of the bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed, while the fifth bedroom contains a children's bed for 2. 3 of the bathrooms are fitted with a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin, while the fourth bathroom is fitted with a bath, a toilet, and a washbasin. Linen and bath towels are provided.
An open-plan layout is utilised for the living area, which includes a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities.
