Lobster Villa is a modern and thoughtfully designed retreat situated in the sought-after suburb of Camps Bay. This six-bedroom villa offers spacious interiors, sweeping sea views, and a relaxed coastal atmosphere, making it well-suited to families seeking a luxurious and comfortable getaway within easy reach of the beach and local attractions.
The villa comprises 6 bedrooms, each designed for comfort and convenience. Five of the bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, while the sixth bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a double bunk bed and is interleading. The main bedroom features a full en-suite bathroom, while the remaining 5 bedrooms each have a shower en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms include air-conditioning and offer either direct access to the garden or private balconies with seating. Bath towels, bed linen, essential toiletries, a hairdryer, and extra pillows and blankets are provided, while additional amenities include an iron.
The upper-level living and dining areas are designed in an open-plan layout with double-volume ceilings and sea views, creating a bright and inviting space. Comfortable lounge seating, a TV, and a workspace are provided, while the dining area accommodates up to 12 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, tea- and coffee-making facilities, dishwasher, air fryer, and cooking basics, along with a gas stove and Nespresso machine. Free Wi-Fi is available, and backup power solutions are in place to assist during load shedding.
The villa features a dedicated entertainment space with lounge seating and a bar area, which opens onto the outdoor pool and garden. Guests can enjoy a large garden, a swimming pool, sun loungers, and a gas braai, as well as outdoor dining facilities. Secure parking is available for up to six vehicles, including three covered spaces and three off-street parking bays. A personal safe is provided for added convenience.
