Long Creek Lodge offers a peaceful retreat from the demands of daily life, where guests can relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air. This exclusive and luxurious lodge is situated in the quiet village of Kaapsehoop, one of the first alluvial gold mining towns established in the old Transvaal.
The lodge offers individual en-suite luxury rooms. Each room is furnished with comfortable beds and includes tea- and coffee-making facilities, heated towel rails, down duvets, and individual access to the expansive gardens, along with a view overlooking the greenery.
During summer, the dense mist is often encountered, creating a cosy atmosphere that is perfect for evenings spent beside the log fire in the luxurious lounge overlooking the countryside and forest. A pool table in the games room provides hours of entertainment. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the lodge.
Furthermore, Kaapsehoop village is perched on the summit of the Drakensberg Mountain range and is located 28 km from Mbombela (Nelspruit) in Mpumalanga. This location offers an ideal tourist vantage point for exploring nearby attractions, including the renowned Kruger National Park.
