Good value for money. Lugogo Guest House was very clean and the staff were kind and always willing to help. I felt safe and the rooms were comfortable.

It was the worst stay ever for us, not 'lekker' at all. The worst stay ever. There was no water and lights in the morning, we had to wash with cold water in the basin; we were not even warned in advance, nor did any staff member make any contact with us, save for the poor security guy who did not know how to assist us when we called him in the morning enquiring about lights and water. The shower does not even have a soap dish, there's no mirror in the bathroom, no towels, not even a hand towel in the bathroom. There are no side lamps at all, nor any reading lamp at the desk. The password given to us for Wi-Fi could not connect. I had booked for me and my husband (2 people) but they had put only 1 cup in the room, there wasn't even any complimentary tea/coffee. Curtains are not thick enough, light seeps through, making it difficult for us to sleep.
