Luxury Guesthouse Co @ Butterfly House is a thatched self-catering home situated in the Marloth Park Wildlife Conservancy, surrounded by pristine bushveld on two erven. Designed for nature lovers, the double-volume living space creates a sense of openness and connection with the surrounding wilderness.
The house can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. Each bathroom is fitted with a bath, a shower, washbasins, and a toilet. The home is fully air-conditioned with additional fans throughout for comfort.
The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a double-door fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. A 4-seater dining counter with stools and a comfortable lounge area complete the indoor living space.
Outside, guests can enjoy an oversized boma braai set in river sand, offering privacy and bushveld views. A spacious wooden deck features sun loungers, a swimming pool, and an outdoor shower, creating an ideal space to relax and unwind in nature.
