Description
This luxurious 10th-floor beachfront apartment in Strand, Western Cape, offers breathtaking panoramic ocean views. The apartment enjoys uninterrupted sea views from the living area, kitchen, balcony, and main bedroom, creating a relaxing and scenic setting throughout your stay.
The unit features three spacious bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable beds, quality linens, and fluffy white towels. All bedrooms include ceiling fans and work desks, making the apartment suitable for both relaxation and remote working. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen side bed and a en-suite bathroom fitted with both a bath and a shower. The second and third bedrooms are furnished either with a queen or double bed. There is also a second full bathroom and a separate guest toilet for added convenience.
The open-plan living area includes comfortable recliner seating, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the ocean views or watching TV. Wi-Fi is available, with Netflix included, while other streaming services can be accessed using guests’ own accounts. Both the living area and the main bedroom open onto a sheltered balcony with outdoor seating, ideal for morning coffee or sunset views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential cooking utensils. A separate scullery includes a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer.
The apartment is equipped with an inverter system to provide backup power during load shedding.
Guests have access to a communal swimming pool and braai area on the ground floor. Beach towels and a sun umbrella are provided. The building offers 24-hour security, lift access, and secure undercover parking. The apartment is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the Strand promenade, and is conveniently located for day trips to Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, and Cape Town.
The apartment includes one undercover parking bay. Only one vehicle is permitted unless arranged in advance.
This is a self-catering apartment, and no room service is provided. Guests are responsible for topping up prepaid electricity if needed.
A maximum of six guests is allowed. Only booked guests may stay in the apartment, and no additional overnight guests are permitted. Visitors require prior approval.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the apartment, on the balcony, or in common areas, and are only allowed in the communal braai area in accordance with Body Corporate rules. No pets are allowed.
To ensure a peaceful environment, quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 09:00 from Sunday to Thursday, and from 23:00 to 09:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. Loud music, parties, and disruptive behaviour are not permitted.
The apartment is fully equipped with linen and towels, including beach towels, and offers a comfortable and well-appointed space for both short and extended stays.
