Unpleasant stay and disrespectful owner. Cold water. Electricity went down. Cameras on in the house. Tiles broken. Oven broken. Drawers missing. No keys for other doors and doors were open. Bad communication. No host. No secure parking (garage not able to use).

Thank you for your feedback, Zan. I am truly sorry to hear that your stay did not match what you had hoped for. I would like to offer some clarity on a few points raised in your review. The property is carefully maintained, and following your stay we checked the geyser, tiles and other fixtures and found everything to be in good working order. The drawers you mentioned were temporarily removed for repairs, and all keys for the property were available during your visit. You arrived with more vehicles than the garage can accommodate, which is why parking outside was necessary. Our neighbourhood is generally very safe, and it is quite normal for both residents and guests to park their vehicles outside. The surveillance cameras on the property are installed only in public areas and are there purely for safety and peace of mind, much like those used in most accommodation establishments.
