Malibu 1 is a charming self-catering apartment located on the first floor of a complex, offering direct access to Manaba Beach.

This unit can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 tastefully furnished bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen, dining, and living room area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, his and her basin, and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds. These bedrooms share the use of a family bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and a separate toilet. All linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. In addition, there’s also a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher for guests’ convenience. There’s a small dining nook, that further leads to the living room furnished with comfortable couches, and a TV.

Through the sliding doors of the living room, there’s a lovely balcony that boasts sea views with outdoor seating space and a gas braai.

This property features a lift for guests to access their floor level, as well as secure parking for up to 2 vehicles. There's a lovely communal swimming pool that guests get to enjoy.
