Maison Martinique Seaside Condo is a stylish beachfront apartment in Ballito, offering panoramic sea views framed by palm trees, with frequent sightings of dolphins and whales.
The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 7 guests, with an additional cot available for 1 infant. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, and toilet. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a queen-size bed, while Bedroom 3 is furnished with 2 single beds. A second bathroom is fitted with a shower and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a Smeg gas stove top and electric oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery. A laundry room is also available with a washing machine and tumble dryer combo, an iron, an ironing board, and cleaning items.
The apartment features a generous balcony with a gas braai, sun loungers, outdoor seating, and a dining area. Additional amenities include a single garage with a water purification system and an extra designated parking bay within the secure complex. Guests also have access to a communal swimming pool, a braai area, and an outdoor shower.
The property is located just a 50m stroll from the beach, with gated beach access via remote control. The complex is family-friendly, secure, and monitored by 24-hour guarding and camera surveillance. Guests are required to follow body corporate rules, and noise must be kept to a minimum after 22:00. No parties or group events are permitted. For safety, doors should remain closed where possible to prevent wildlife from entering the apartment.
