Makana 10A is situated on a well-managed housing estate in Ponta Mamoli overlooking Fredericos Bay, a well-known snorkelling spot on the coastline.
The property consists of 4 air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms. The first bedroom is sea-facing and furnished with an extra-length king-size bed for 2 adults and a loft with a queen-size mattress for 2 children under 12. It includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath, and opens onto the swimming pool deck. The second bedroom faces inland and has 2 extra-length single beds that can be pushed together, with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and hand basin. The third bedroom is a loft room with 2 single beds and a bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and hand basin. The fourth bedroom is sea-facing with 2 extra-length single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed, with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and hand basin. A guest bathroom is located on the ground floor.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes an upright fridge freezer combination, toaster, kettle, microwave, espresso Delta coffee machine with pods to be brought by guests, and a gas oven and hob. No washing machine is available; staff can assist with hand washing of clothing if required.
The lounge offers panoramic sea views and is fitted with a TV with streaming available via Wi-Fi. Books are available for guest use. The living area opens through sliding doors onto a wooden deck with a sunken swimming pool overlooking the ocean. The property also features a newly built hot tub.
The home is a wooden structure, and fire safety is strictly required as uncontrolled fires are not permitted. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after beach use, and a built-in charcoal and wood braai area is provided.
Guests are advised to bring snorkelling equipment. Fredericos Bay offers snorkelling and swimming opportunities, with coastal activities available nearby within the surrounding area.
